LLS maintains two real-time database of over 20,000 qualified workers categorized by age, education,
experience, occupation and visa status. Information is updated regularly and available for agents and
employers on-line 24/7. One database is for preferred workers who have worked for an employer the
previous year. This database is closed to the public. However, LLS does offer an open database, which
includes workers who have not yet participated in the temporary work visa program or have not been
requested by the previous employer for 12 months but are still in good standing. Database site
visitors can review a worker's credentials and picture at their convenience from the comfort of their
office or home. If the visitor finds a worker that fits their requirements, they can fill out an
employment offer sheet. If the worker agrees to the terms, the worker's data can be merged into I-129
application for listing worker-applicant's name, birth date and passport number. Or the user can have
LLS select workers based on the employer's job description and requirements. An automatic 48-hour
crossing notice is then created in order to be sent to the United States Consulate, saving time and
resources. The database is an excellent source of qualified workers.
