Each worker has a filled out a I-9 employment verification form which is available to the
employer with one click.
An application for the Social Security card, filled out accurately, can be printed out and
signed by the employee. This eliminates the guesswork when trying to determine which
proper placement of names
W-4 form is filled out for each worker and available to each employer
Each employee signs a Terms of Employment agreement before they accept employment.
This protects the worker and the employer.
Workers using a LLS chartered bus are tracked via a GPS system which is updated every
hour. Employers know exactly where and when their H-2B employees will arrive.

allows free direct deposit for employers and up four (4) free withdrawals per month for

send electronic transfers to family members in Mexico for less cost than any other major
