LLS International provides a way for agents and attorneys to enter orders on a live system. Each event that takes place in Mexico is recorded as it happens-no more waiting for days to find out whether a worker has been contacted or for consulate results. In addition, the system allows for direct contact between the employer and the processor in Mexico, if the Agent/Attorney agrees. This ensures workers are contacted and phone numbers are provided. It also allows for new names to be provided, if necessary.

The Preferred Partner program is similar to the Lending Tree.com business model. LLS aggressively markets to companies eligible for the H-2b and H-2A programs. We advertise our services in Mexico and collect an application from the interested employer. We then send the application to our Preferred Partners who bid for this business. The employer than selects the company they feel best meets their standards, whether it be price or service related. Once the employer signs an agreement to proceed with the H-2B/H-2A program, the Preferred Partner is responsible for paying LLS $25.00 dollars for every worker that is approved and arrives at the employers address. The Preferred Partner must use LLS software and services to be eligible for this offer.

How to become a Preferred Partner Agent:

1. The agent or attorney must process at least 400 workers through Mexico and use LLS as their intermediary . (There is no charge to the agent for these workers, nor is there any charge for new business that an agent or attorney obtains, with the exception of new business that is captured via the referral program.)

2. The agent/attorney must be in good standing with the Department of Labor, the USCIS, United States Consulate and the State Department.

3. The agent or attorney must have been in business for a minimum of four (4) years and must be able to pass a background check
